Windows 10: blocked account

I have been logged out of my other Microsoft account for a long time now and it turns out that my account is blocked and whenever i try to sign in to it it says "Help us secure your accountWe have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, or believe your credentials are at risk.For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password."When i clicked next it asks, "To verify that this is your email address, enter it below and click "Next" to receive your code." Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
