Windows 10: Blocked by administrator / organization

When going into setting to check for a software update it doesn't show, as well as other settings. On some settings it says "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization". Apps like Microsoft store, cmd and registry editor are also blocked by administrator. This shouldn't be the case as I am administrator. I have tried looking for solution but came up with nothing.

If you are connected to a domain or an organization network, you will get this error when the site or the link is blocked by the network administrator, I suggest you to check with the IT department and unblock the link.

administrator block

Hello,

I am trying to download some games from cd.

I keep getting a box which states blocked by administrator. Contact administrator.

I am listed as administrator, and can't figure out this issue resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.
