Windows 10: Blocked from being able to download Windows 10 ISO on Linux

I keep getting this error when I attempt to download the Windows 10 ISO. I'm able to install the Windows 10 media creation tool but I'm using Linux and was directed to get the ISO instead. I turned off any ad blocker and tried different browsers and incognito mode but I still get the same message. I suspect this might be that I'm connected to a university WiFi and it's banned but I wonder how can I obtain a version of the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft or install Windows 10 again after wiping computer of it to install Linux?The message I'm getting: "We are unable to complete your request at thi

U can't use Rufus to download Windows 7 *Roll :roll: there was a Media Creator Tool out for it, but it's not anymore u need a legal key to be able to download Win7.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
