Windows 10: Blocked from downloading Windows 11

Hi I am Trying to Download Windows 11 iso but its blocking Me. Its saying that We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance..................... Why is this happening can anyone help me also i saw in some areas that they are

Could you provide more information?

Are you using any third party antivirus?

Any application of VPN software?

Downloading ISOs for Windows 7, 8.1, 10

Thanks for the heads up about IE 11. I didn't see the requirements listed on the page I downloaded from....Internet Explorer 11 is blocked(Aegis for Windows 7/8.x) from being installed on my pc and I've uninstalled IE 8...could be why it doesn't work.

At least I know why....*Smile

how to upgrade to windows11 after blocking it

I blocked my windows 10 upgrades to go 11 ,using this method:

To Block Windows 11 update, see the steps below, which is explained later on step by step. This would also work even if you have clicked Download and install.

• Right-click Start and select Windows Powershell(admin).
  
• Press Yes when Prompted.
  
• Type cmd.exe to open Command Prompt inside Powershell.
  

Paste the following command to enable Targeted Updates to a specific release:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversion /t REG_DWORD /d 1
  

If you are on Windows 10 version 21H2, use the command below:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversionInfo /t REG_SZ /d 21H2
  

If you are on Windows 10 version 21H1, use the command below:

• reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v TargetReleaseversionInfo /t REG_SZ /d 21H1
