Windows 10: Blocked Steam games?

After latest update, windows blocked my steam game for no reason? Why do you do that? and how can i disable that fucikng stupid and useless feature?

WindowsDefender is blocking Steam from making changes to games

WindowsDefender is blocking Steam from making changes to my Steam games. Soon as execute a game an Unauthorized Changes Blocked message appears. It will let me play the game but wont save it. I played for 4 hours when I quit the game, When I resumed the
game I was where I started from the first time (lost 4 hours work). I've tried adding exceptions to anti-virus and firewall and I cant I also created a new hard drive for my steam games. Don't know if that's causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated
