  1. Blocked taskbar incidents

Hello, we have discovered a specific incident on our Windows 10 and Windows 11 client-server environment. It concerns about 15 computers. The problem is the following: the taskbar is no longer functional. This also causes problems with Office 365 activation. Thank you for your help to be able to reactivate the taskbar, which does not allow to open the start menu nor to use the buttons of the notification area.

    :)

  2. taskbar blocking window

    RIGHT click on the Taskbar.
Make sure "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked.
In the same menu, select "Taskbar Settings" and go through the options listed to verify the default settings are selected.
    Suggest you also run---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---.

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

    • Click on the search bar on the taskbar.

    • Type system icons.

    • Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

    Hope it helps.
