Windows 10: Bloons TD 6

i buy it from Bloons TD 6 microsoft.com and when i click install/play it does nothing

Bloons td 6 won't load

I just purchased Bloons TD 6 off of the windows store, but every time I open it the app would instantly crash after showing the start up screen. I've tried uninstalling the app, restarting my pc, then reinstalling but it doesn't solve the issue.

 

What can I do to allow multi-player for Bloons TD 6 on a Windows PC?

What can I do to allow multi-player for Bloons TD 6 on a Windows PC?

I purchased Bloons TD 6 to play on a Windows PC. When I try to Play Social, I get a message "this xbox account does not have permission to play multiplayer games." I changed all the settings in my Microsoft account to allow multiplayer games, but it still doesn't work. Really frustrating because I bought the game to play together with my son.

Is there a solution to this?
