Windows 10: Bloons TD6 Infinite Loading Screen

Hey! I'm not sure how to ask this, but I'll just go until I am done. I purchased Bloons TD6 from the microsoft store. Simple. The issue is that when I try to play, I get to the loading screen with the sun god and it won't finish loading. I had gotten past this and into the tutorial 3 times, but it keeps kicking me out the second a few balloons pop. Please help, I'm starting to lose sanity.BRIEF: Loading screen before tutorial doesn't finish, when it did, it crashed near instantly. Help if possible, thanks. Were you able to solve the problem? My PC started doing the very same thing since yesterday... Getting infinite loading with the colored screen and the spinning circles...

Infinite Load Screen

Recently I have purchased an acer laptop and after three months it’s suddenly crashed, I have tried to boot it up and either i get an infinite loading screen upon startup or i get a preparing automatic repair and then contiues in an endless loop, a week
ago I tried to use a usb startup and it sent me into another boot loop. Is there any way to solve this problem? Is this a problem with Windows 10?
