    Blu-ray Disc Drive ABHCA-H is not recognized by my laptop


    My Blu-ray Disc Drive ABHCA-H is not recognized by my laptop. The drive came with the laptop new, and it always worked. Sometime after upgrading to Windows 10 Home, it stopped working. I have not pursued the issue but now I would like to have this unit working again. I have gone through many of the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the internet, but none have been successful. i.e. going through Device manager and trying to upgrade the driver also deleting the device and rebooting. The Device manager shows the device and when deleting and rebooting it puts it back, but the system doesn'

    Blu-ray Discs

    When will you update being able to have a blu-ray player be recognized and play blu-ray discs? Or do you plan to NOT do it and reimburse us all for purchased discs? It's got to be one or the other.

    Both cds and dvds play fine but blu ray discs are still not working. It still will not recognise blu rays in both the bdrom drive and external blu ray drive i bought
