Windows 10: blue/black/gray rectangle dots keep appearing on my screen

i did most of the stuff i deleted and redownloaded the drivers and it still didnt work i dont know what to do that started randomly happening

Black rectangle appears in search view

Black (dark gray) rectangle appearing on fresh windows 10 installation (Oct 2018) when trying to use search on start menu.

Steps:

1. Pressed start menu button.

2. Started typing.

3. Transformed to search view where rectangle appearred.

 

Black rectangle afrer apparent screen glitch

I don't have a screenshot but sometimes when I'm on video calls, specifically google meet, my screen will glitch out, showing a white dotted screen with red and blue and white dots before a black rectangle appears that goes away when I open tasks manager. So does anyone know if it's just google meet or something else? My anti-virus software hasn't picked anything up.
