Windows 10: Blue circle next to my cursor on my main monitor I have 3 monitors and cursor placement is off

Since yesterday ,9/20/2023 I've been having this issue. The last windows update was on 9/13/2023. I did restart 3 times and even shut down completely and rebooted and it did not fix this issue.I have 3 monitors.On my Main Display only the cursor has a blue circle just to the right of the cursor. That blue circle is not present if I move to one of my other 2 monitors.ALSO, my mouse cursor is not acting properly. The positioning is off. I not have to click above or below something to select it or to the left of something vertically to select it to make excel spreadsheet cells wider.My mouse

Mouse cursor different on different monitors

I work with 3 monitors and,for no reason, the mouse cursor on the 2nd monitor changed from the arrow to a circle. I've tried mouse settings and monitor settings and nothing helps. I've re-started twice.

 

Move Cursor from monitor to monitor(3).

Corporate policy does not allow software to be loaded on system. I have 3 monitors and frequently loose the cursor. I would like to go directly to each from monitor to monitor without having to slide mouse across all the monitors. I can use hotkey or powerscript.

remove cursor on monitor

i have a laptop and a second monitor using windows 10. I have one cursors on both screens, how do i remove cursor on second monitor so i only have the cursor on my laptop?
