Windows 10: Blue Error Screen and fail sign in after windows 10 update

After completing the most recent windows update, my PC can no longer boots properly. I get a blue error screen and when i attempt to boot in safe mode I cannot because it does not accept my Microsoft account password. I have verified my password that is being entered is correct for my Microsoft account. My options appear very limited as I cannot even get in to my PC to uninstall and reinstall windows. Not sure how Microsoft plans to fix this with an update if people cant even get in to their PC to download any future patch. Any help would be appreciated.

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

This issue might have happened due to the hardware replacement on your device.

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 2: Also, contact your device manufacturer's website and update the BIOS drivers to check if the issue persists.
