Windows 10: Blue hue on one screen after "Auto Upgrade"

In early October I went to shut down the PC and instead on "Shut Down" the option was "Upgrade and Shut down", clicked it and walked away. On restarting the next day I found one of my two screens had a blue hue to it.
Tried changeing screen menus... no good. check driver was current....was told it is uptodate. had a browes through Google and got more confused.
Had a look in the monitor properties and found this. ( Image below)
What does it mean by 'Device not migrated" ?
Is this the cause of my blue hue or is it something else ?

petrib is correct. It is a shortcut to SIM numbers.

Numbers on your SIM might not be in the position you think. Just because they appear sorted in alphabetical order in the contacts list doesn't mean that they appear in that same order on the SIM. On the SIM they appear in the order in which you input them,
unless you delete a number in which case the next one entered takes its place.

When I click a certain number on keypad on any NOKIA mobile
Then click the symbol " # ", then a number of
a contact "in my contact list" will be appeared.
Is there anyone know how is that???
I feel curious toward this puzzle :smileyvery-happy:
