Windows 10: BLUE mail page returns to email

I sometimes get the below picture when I am on various websites and have a need to contact the owners with a question.The WWW doesn't aleays have an email address avail, instead it says click here to send message WWW site says to send an email to them. Blue envelop appears, cant open/use to send emailThis is a copy of the blue ‘mail’ page which I have no access to.Sometimes a WWW site says to send an email to them.Blue envelope appears to email the question,I cant open/use it to send emailSometimes I can RH click on it to be able to then copy and paste the email address into Outlook to send

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

 

Email PDF attachments not showing up on my Windows 10 Mail platform???

• With which Email account you're facing this issue?
• What is the file format of those attachments?
• Did you tried accessing the account on Web browser?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted mail app settings. As an initial troubleshooting, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if this helps.

While sending mail, does not show my name, instead shows my email address

I would suggest you to follow the steps to change the Account display in Mail app:

1. Open Mail app

2. Select “settings”.

3. Under settings select “Manage Account”.

4. Click on the Account name

5. Change the Account name

If still not working, try the steps below:

• In the Mail app, open Settings (the gear icon).
• Click 'Manage Accounts'
• Select the account you want to change the outgoing display name for
• Click 'options for syncing email, contacts, and calendar'
• in the account sync settings, there should be a 'Your name' text field that is used as the display name for outgoing emails.
