    Blue Mountain icon displays instead of photos after I use them once.


    When I download photos into a folder, I can see the photo icon. However, after I select them for use or upload them, they are replaced with the blue mountain icon. How can I restore the thumbnail image?

    Photos only displaying as blue mountain icons in windows 10

    I can’t get my photos to display a thumbnail only a blue mountain icon. It’s so annoying. I’ve spent hours on forums and no suggestions work. Sometimes I can see them if I choose small icons then they revert back to blue icons. Ita a brand new dell computer
    runnnig windows 10. My old computer worked fine. Help please before I loose the plot

    Blue Mountain icon displays instead of photos after I use them once.

    Microsoft showing a mountain instead of my picture and 'Always show icons never thumbnails' is UN-checked already!

    I need another solution to try besides unchecking the "always show icons never thumbnails" when microsoft is showing the Mountain ICON instead of my photo. The other is already UNCHECKED! I have googled, hit tech sites trying to find a solution but have
    come up with nothing.

    Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated!
