    Blue question mark over D and E drive location not available


    Hi, I recently booted up my pc, and my two 2TB hard drives are not showing up as unavailable in File Explorer. They also are not showing up in the disk manager and they are not faulty as I have plugged them into another computer and they are working fine on that one. I tried multiple fixes that I have found including replacing parts such as the motherboard and sata cables. I am currently stuck and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?Error message: D:\ is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. I

  2. Internal D drive has a blue question mark.

    how to fix blue question mark on internal D drive. I tried running chkdsk /d in command prompt but it says invalid input. I also tried finding the drive in device manager and it shows the drive but it is grayed out. sometimes it is not grayed out and when that happens, the blue question mark goes away but the computer gives me an error when I try to open the drive, then the blue question mark comes back and device manager show it grayed out again.

    D Drive- Blue question mark

    Hi, I attempted to open/save to my thumb drive. However, my D Drive suddnly does not show; rather there is a blue question mark appears next to D:\\. Does with all thumb drives I attempt to open. Can you please advise? Thank you.

    Hello, i need help. File explorer shows me the D:/ drive with a blue question mark. Problem is, i have not D: in my computer. After i try to open it, it shows ,,Location not available".
