Windows 10: Blue question mark over internal SSD

I use a laptop in which I installed a 2 TB internal SSD, which has worked wonderfully without any problems for just over two years, now I can no longer access any of the files in the drive, and when opening fire explorer, there is a blue question mark covering the drive.I attempted this fix here:[Start] [Run] [Regedit]Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\EnvironmentData Type: REG_SZ [String Value] // Value Name: DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICESModify/Create the Value Name [DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES] according to the Value Data listed below.Value

Internal D drive has a blue question mark.

how to fix blue question mark on internal D drive. I tried running chkdsk /d in command prompt but it says invalid input. I also tried finding the drive in device manager and it shows the drive but it is grayed out. sometimes it is not grayed out and when that happens, the blue question mark goes away but the computer gives me an error when I try to open the drive, then the blue question mark comes back and device manager show it grayed out again.

 

Blue Question Mark over my SSD (Win 11)

Hi!

I got a brand-new internal gaming SSD just a couple of months ago, and it has been working beautifully. However, today it's like it doesn't even exist anymore. When I open my file explorer, a blue question mark is showing over it and I'm unable to access anything that was in it. I've restarted, and updated my device multiple times and it's still a problem. I've even gone as far as to physically remove the drive and re-install it.

Nothing has been successful, the drive isn't even being detected in disk management. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks I tried that no change to blue ? mark it said I had pc on never to do automatic updates I change that from manual setting
