Windows 10: Blue screen 'A Required Device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed' -> 'the application or...

On bootup, pc says 'A Required Device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed'. Tells me to press enter to try again or f8 for startup settings. Pressing enter or f8 only refreshes the screen and changes the message to 'the application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing'.File: \windows\system32\winload.exeerrorcode: 0xc000000eI've tried: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-recovery-winloadexe-missing-issue/d44e9a4b-ab5a-4d28-b247-25ffaf029aa3 with no results.I assume the version was the latest windows 10 version 22H2 but

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Family Safety unlinking device doesn' t work

When I was just browsing trough the internet, I accidentally connected my laptop to my microsoft account. (I use 2 laptops and this one isn' t supposed to be connected to my account)

I have tried to search up ways to undo this, with no succes. It still shows up in my Microsoft Family Safety devices-list. I don' t know how to fix this.

It would be grately appreciated if someone could show me a way to do this.
