Windows 10: blue screen ACPI BIOS error

I have tried updating bios, updating ACPI driver in Device Manager, two recommended CMD threads and a couple other suggestions that I can't recall. I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron 5505 laptop.

   Press a specific key (usually Del, F2, or F10, consult Asus support for details) to access BIOS Settings during boot. Look for options to reset BIOS Settings to default values. This helps resolve any configuration issues that cause ACPI BIOS errors.

If not, the problem may be caused by the new hardware, if you do not have the technical ability to remove the device, please follow the guidance of ASUS after-sales support.

• Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
• What are the things that you're seeing when you boot up the computer?
• Can your computer still load the Windows Recovery environment page? Windows Recovery environment is a page where you can choose to troubleshoot the computer, continue to Windows 10, or shutdown the computer.

Preparing automatic repair

Then my screen goes to restart to interrupt normal start up press enter. My key board is unresponsive. Then it goes back to the blue screen and repeats same message.

Last update I did was several days ago which was a windows update for 10.
