Windows 10: Blue Screen after failed extract file

I have a problem, when i extracting the file from my game launcher i get Process7zWorker error: ERROR: CRC Failed [error] setup error: -2002: ERROR: CRC Failed [warning] QProcess: Destroyed while process "7z.exe" is still running. so i try to extract it with 7zip, not even a minute i get the same error CRC failed, after that i get blue screen in a few second I don't know what do i do?? This is the minidump file010324-10156-01.rar

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.

Thanks pyramid10 for your contribution, I ensured that the steps taken and the source and destination folders were the same, in the using zip7 as suggested by BunnyJ resolved all issues for me.
I am the first to admit that I am a long long way from understanding the intricacies of computers and if truth be told I am now to old anyway to absorb much information.

Hello, I am end up in Blue screen and when I try to restore this is error I am getting "system restore failed to extract the file (C:\Program files(x86)\Microsoft office\root\office16\INKCOMMENT.DLL) from the restore point"

Any help is much appreciated.
