Windows 10: BLUE screen after increasing ram performance in nox app

After inputting the password, even if I use the Safe Mode, my laptop shows Blue screen (BSoD) SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I think this problem occurs after I set to increase Ram performance in Nox app. Now I cannot enter Windows but I can boot the system and troubleshoot.
