Windows 10: blue screen after rebooting from enabling memory integrity

I just installed 11. I had a bunch of drivers that were keeping me from enabling memory integrity. They were all from things I no longer use so I deleted them. Now I can attempt to turn it on, but when the system reboots, I get a blue screen and it reboots without turning memory integrity on.
