Windows 10: Blue Screen after restarting

Hi Reddit,

i need help. Everytime when I start my Laptop I get a Blue Screen after Windows Boots with the Stop Code "Critical Process Died" after that it restarts.

Then I'm on a screen which says "Automatic Repair" and under that "Your PC didn't start correctly" and I can either choose Restart which eventually brings me back to that screen or "Advanced Options" in which I already tried the things sugessted by Windows after Scanning the QR Code in the inital Blue Screen but I can't get further than the Automatic Repair.

I also spilled some Tea over my Keyboard after which my NumPad didn't work properly but that was in December. And like a week before the blue screen started I couldn't use my Task Bar but just not the Windows Logo, the Calendar and notifications.

I hope you can help me.
