Windows 10: Blue Screen after shutdown/restart

After the last windows update, i can't shutdown/restart my gaming laptop without getting a blue screen error, the error is called Driver Power State Failure, i can mention that my GPU is broken, is stays in low frequency all the time, and i don't know what could i do more to repair , tried everythingreinstalling drivers, reinstalling windows, uninstalling GPU, changing power modes, etc . Used sfc /scannow and repaired some corrupted files, but when i run File Signature Verification, it says opencl.dll version 3.0.3.0 , opencl.dll version 24.20.11021.1000 , intelta.sys version 10.019041.546
