Windows 10: Blue screen after trying to update to windows 11. Cannot get to troubleshoot. Only get blue...

Blue screen when downloading windows 11. None of the options online work. I have shut off and turned on my computer 20 times and have not gotten to a troubleshoot screen. I have tried to get to recovery but nothing works when I get there!! Microsoft call backs vary and I’m the owner of a company trying to get work done!!

I am having a problem with my system shutting down and getting a blue screen. No error is listed on the screen, just a blue screen. This is happening while playing a game WOT World of Tanks.

I have never had this problem before until a windows update. On the update screen it says : This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements for Windows 11.

I have Windows 10. I am not trying to get windows 11. I am so frustrated with this because I have spent so much time trying to figure it out. Can someone help with this please?
