Windows 10: Blue screen after update! Error code 0xc00000e spent two days trying to fix it!

I started to get this error after updating my system and it asked me to restart, well it never started again!I used external USB device with Windows 11 installer to get access to Command Prompt and try to fix it.As you can see in these two images my drive is working probably and it's assigned as C drive and has Windows folder in itBut when I use “bcdedit” command I get this:device: unkownosdevice: unkownTried to fix them manually and assign them to “partition=C:” but it didn't work. This is what I got:Tried to rebuild BCD didn't work eitherI can install fresh Windows on my secondary SSD if it'

After the Bios changes, is there any particular step to redo? Or don't it have any influence?

Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE is probably due to a compatibility issue with the driver, as most blue screen errors are. Since you encountered this error after updating Windows, most probably, you would need to update the drivers
as well.
