Windows 10: Blue Screen and bios

I bought a PC over a year ago and I had these problems before So today after football practice I turned on my pc and like 15 minutes in I caught a blue screen but the blue screen was glitched then I held down the power button to turn it off because it wasn’t working the first time I pressed so I hold it and when I turned it on the second time nothing was working the pc lights was but the monitor wasn’t displaying and the keyboard or mouse wasn’t lighting up so I waited about 5 minutes turned it back on everything was back working and then I waited didn’t touch anything and it wasn’t a black
