Windows 10: Blue screen and Bit locker recovery errors

Hello I have a problemI just got a blue screen and the stop code is VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. This happens randomly like when i switch off power plug, it has become very frequent recently. My laptop also goes into bit locker recovery mode.

3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.

 

Bit locker

I have been locked out of my laptop by bit locker, I didn't even install the thing, anyway, I went to another device as advised and got my recovery key, I put in the key and it hasn't helped, it does an error diagnosis and then brings up the same bit locker
blue screen.

What at can I do?
