Windows 10: Blue screen and constant freezes

The other the day my PC crashed ,followed by some frequent freezes while using it afterwards and it end up worse as disk is now stuck at 50% ,also whenever i try to access the file explorer the computer freezes and sometimes it says microsoft window not respoiding .Furthermore , despite trying to shut down or restart many times it wouldn't turn off but instead stay in that state for a long time. So how can i resolve this problem?

Constant Blue Screens

Start menu: Search for "Power & sleep settings" > "Additional power settings".



It should come up like this:



On the left pane click "Change when my computer sleeps".



After doing the above in the screenshot, reboot the system. Report back any issues that may follow.
