    Hello all,OS build: 19043.1348OS Ver: 21H1I will preface this by stating that my PC has not once had a blue screen, I have not tampered with any OS files, and that I only get drivers and OS updates from their direct source e.g. Nvidia drivers from the Geforce experience and Intel drivers from Intel Driver & Support Assistant.I ran into a seemingly random blue screen while running light tasks and was prompted with "windows 10 ran into a problem and needs to restart". To investigate the incident I followed the guide for "Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
