Windows 10: Blue screen and unable to log in to microsoft account from surface pro

My surface went into blue screen directly from sleep mode. I have tried to restore windows 10, keeping personal files. I have entered bit key but next step is enter password. Microsoft states it is wrong password it wasnt so I reset password using another device. Using new password I get same message when entering it on Surface. I have tried putting the lan? cable in to ensure internet connection. Still no luck. Advice, please? Thanks.

• Have you tried to login using a different Microsoft account or local account on the computer?

Fingerprint reader missing from log-in screen on Surface Pro 4

I understand your concern about fingerprint reader on the your device, do le us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• Have you made any changes to the device(Hardware/ Software) prior to this issue?
• Have you connected any other external devices to your Surface Pro 4?
• Are you using PIN on the logon screen to log-in to your device?

Onenote causes blue screen on New Surface Pro and on Surface Pro 4, This without any meaningful log files are generated

All the surface divices that I have currently tested it on.

Run:

edition: windows 10 pro

version: 1709

build 16299.192

edit:

The laptops and dektops run a mix of pro and standaard.

You where saying: 'I suggest you use the Feedback Hub to submit a bug report detailing your problem. '

But that is part of my problem, I can't find any logs or any files that are generated by this blue screen.

Where do I start looking, in what folder?
