Windows 10: Blue screen and undoing changes done to your computer

I was updating my pc when a storm hit and my power went out. I tried getting on my pc and it’s stuck at undoing changes done to your pc and after a minute it gives me a blue screen. I’ve tried everything I can think of in my bios and I’ve tried holding shift and doing the f8 thing. I also tried turning it off 3 times that didn’t do anything. I have no access to windows so I can’t do anything on my pc besides my bios. Is there any solution to it maybe something I’m missing on bios or have I been turning my pc off to fast or no at the right time cause I never see a windows sign anywhere. It just

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
