Windows 10: Blue screen asking password

When I select the user and enter the right password it says password incorrect and I even changed the password and tried again to enter still the same thing The problem started when I entered safemode it asked me for my pin I entered the right pin it gives me this error code 0xc000006d now I'm stuck and I can't even open the bios or the boot up menu it asks for password

Blue screen error INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion but.....Alas as soon as I switch it on this is what I get

• I get a black screen which asks me to put in my administrator password or power on password
  
• I get the compaq logo and the dots indicating its starting up
• Then i get blue screen with"your PC has ran into a problem and needs to restart.We will restart it for you"
• No mouse pointer and no keys work
• Then roughly 10secs later...back to the password screen
  

Any other ideas?
