Windows 10: blue screen bug

Hello everyone, I have a big problem. Very often, when I restart my PC, after the reboot, I get a blue screen. Sometimes it shows "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL," other times "PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA," and sometimes "REGISTRY FILTER DRIVER EXCEPTION." Currently, I have Windows 10, and I tried upgrading to Windows 11 to remove the bug, but it didn't work. Unfortunately, I can't format the PC. I hope you can find a way to debug this...
