Hello,I was updating my windows 10 to the latest version and this happened. I can move the cursor around and on the bottom right, I can select all the option but there is no way to login. I did some research and someone mentioned to go to the BIOS and disable "Fast Boot" but it was already on disable "fast boot." Please help. ThanksFYI: When updating windows, it performed a check disk. It said it was repairing all the errors which took a VERY long time. From the start of updating windows to this screen probably took 2 days. I hope that's not the problem. P.S. I was trying to upload a pictu

volume box in lower right corner won't go away

My computer restarted after some updates, and now there's this weird blue volume box in the lower right corner that won't go away. My mouse won't work, as the cursor goes behind it, and the touch screen won't work either. There are two columns, with
the left showing volume control, and the right showing "exit" and up/down cursors. Pressing and swiping these does not work. I can't see the task bar or clock behind this box, and can't scroll to the bottom of my screens with this there, so it's super annoying.
