Windows 10: Blue screen, can't enter save mode or do factory reset

Hello,Yesterday my wired mouse wouldn't show properly on my laptop it does work on my husband's laptop and my laptop's USB ports are working.It did light up for 2seconds and then light off. It didn't show under mice, but only under USB ports as unrecognized. It did work on this laptop before, so I thought it must be some drivers fault.The windows update said that everything is up to date and didn't show any possible updates. I tried to download many different drivers from ASUS since that's what my laptop is and after installing some it went to blue screen.I can't get into save mode - I get

Blue screen after factory reset

I factory reset my computer hoping for the device to run faster but after factory resetting the computer blue screens with stop code :NTFS FILE SYSTEM it will restart and after that the exact same blue screen will show up after it has automatically restarted. I have already tried manually restarting the PC.

I suggest you follow the steps:

Advanced Options - Automatic Repair screen - Command Prompt. Type there ‘notepad.exe’.

Notepad window –click on File. Open to locate the files that you’d like to copy to the USB.

Plug in the USB device to the USB port. Copy the files and folders that you want to save. Paste them in a new folder on the USB drive. Safe you the files you need repeating the above steps.

Once done, proceed with resetting your PC to factory settings.
