That Blue Screen is caused by your ATI Graphics Card driver

Go to the support page on the webpage of the manufacturer of your system, download and install the ATI graphics driver they recommend.

This is probably caused by Windows 10 Update installing a graphics driver that is incompatible with your system!

First, you are running a very old version of Windows 10, 10586 which is the initial Threashold2 release. You need to get up to the current version, which is 15063.332. Many, many fixes applied since 10586 was released.

Please run Windows Update and get current, then see if the problem is resolved or not.

I updated to the latest version of Windows 10 and have since experienced BSOD around 4 times. Every time it is during use of Chrome.

Nothing in the dump gives any real help about the cause other than it saying memory_corruption. It would be a good idea to test your 16GB of ram. It can take 12 to 20 hours for 16GB but worth doing if it finds a problem. Please make sure you use the latest memtest86+ which is Memtest86+ V5.01 (27/09/2013).

    ===================================================
Follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

MemTest86+ is a diagnostic tool designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. MemTest86+ will verify that:

    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

Memtest86+ runs from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

Blue Screen caused by graphics card/dual screen [IMG]
Warning MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

Note MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Take a picture when done and post in the forum please.

The dates of many drivers shown in drivers.txt in the zip you uploaded are really messed up. Did you check the date and time of your laptop before reinstalling Windows 10?

I have no idea what having totally messed updates and times does to the operating system, perhaps nothing, but if this was my computer I would do a Clean Install of the latest Windows 10 making sure the date and time of the laptop is correct before doing so.
