Windows 10: Blue screen CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT stuck at 0%

Hello, i have a 2 year old notebook from gigabyte Aorus 15P XD and my pc randomly crashes when playing certain games. It sometimes pops up BSOD but the problem is that its stuck at 0% and wont create a minidump file. Ive tried reinstalling my entire system and updating my drivers, nothing helps.

I got a blue screen error, but it's stuck at 0%, it doesn't progress. Should I turn off the computer? The problem is not hardware, I need the computer to be turned on for software problems, but there is no progress.

Blue screen error not restarting

Windows blue screen has been stuck at 0% complete for quite a while. I cant turn it on or off either.
