Windows 10: Blue screen code 124 after new build

So I was able to score a new graphics card recently and decided to finish the rest of my build and got all new hardware. The system had no issues posting and was able to browse around youtube and such with no issues. I did a repaired install of windows 10 since the drive i used was from another pc with a diffrent motherboard. After that completed I installed all the software for my peripherals and then went to start downloading the games I currently play from the blizzard launcher. So about halfway through the download while I was also on youtube the computer crashed and showed the WEAH UNCORR

I did purchase a better fan for the cpu that is arriving tomorrow. There are two fans in the case that are near the cpu. It's hard to tell if it's overheating that is causing the computer to crash. Whenever I enter a new area in the game it'll make the
monitor go black with no signal. When I run the reliability history it no longer says the blue screen error 124 it just says windows was shut down improperly.
