  1. Blue screen crash using Xbox Adapter when connecting headphones

All drivers are up to date and I have tried plugging the adapter into different USB ports.

When using my Turtle Beach Stealth 600 headset to connect to the Xbox Adapter on my PC, it gives me the blue screen, restarts, and the vicious cycle continues.

SOMETIMES it will work properly for a few minutes before crashing again.

Any ideas where to go from here? I've always had this problem and it's never worked properly since I've had the Xbox Adapter.

    :)

  2. Xbox one wireless controller driver induced blue screen crash

While uninstalling my Xbox one wireless controller for PC, I received a blue screen crash. This is the second time the controller has caused a crash.

Since I purchased the wireless controller, it has often failed to startup. To resolve the problem I follow the steps described in the following link:

Xbox Controller is not connecting to Wireless Adapter

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I appreciate your time and patience to work on this issue. To have a better clarity on the issue please reply to the following questions:

    • Are you using an Xbox one controller?

If you are using an Xbox one controller, I suggest you to refer the steps in the article

How to connect an Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC
and see if that helps in resolving the issue.

I would also suggest you to uninstall all the hidden devices under USB hive and check if you are able to connect the wireless adapter. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the hidden drivers:

    1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
    2. Select Device manager.
    3. Click View tab.
    4. Select Show hidden devices.
    5. Expand Universal Serial Bus and remove all the greyed out devices. To remove the greyed out devices, right click on the device and select
      uninstall.
    6. Restart your computer.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

Blue screen crash using Xbox Adapter when connecting headphones

Bluedio Headphones Turbine Monitor Causes blue screen while connecting or after connecting.

I recently bought a Bluedio headphones TM which works fine with my phone but when connected to my laptop which is a HP 350 g1, causes blue screen each time connecting to my laptop or even if it connects when i switch output options for the headphones i
get blue screen, and the laptop restarts. I tried testing the sound with the sound hardware tests and i actually get the system sounds on the headphones but nothing else works until it goes to that blue screen.

I tried some issues that i found on google where it suggests to set the updates on bluetooth from manual to automatic and followed the steps but it didnt help.

Hope someone here could help me.

    Thank you.
