    Hi Andrei,

    A blue screen error is possibly caused by a corrupted system file or a corrupted update. It causes your computer to crash when playing your games on Windows 10. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • Does the issue occur on all your games?
    • Did the issue start after an update?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to the issue?

    In the meantime, you can perform the solutions provided on this

    For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.



    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
    2. What is the make and model of the PC?
    3. What happens when you try to run a game?
    4. Does the PC crashes only while playing games?
    5. Do you receive any stop code or error message when the PC crashes?

    In addition, you can check if Windows is up to date. Refer the article
    Keep your PC up to date     and see if that helps.
