Windows 10: Blue Screen Crashes -- BugCheck -- 0x00000139 -- USBXHCI MSI PRO X670 -- 7800x3d

Greetings, Before I get started, I have already compiled a Reddit post on AMDhelp, I haven't had much traction there yet and I see a lot of answers here so I figured I would post. It started out with random complete reboots, no bluescreen or anything. I was getting USB malfun

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

Windows 10 Constant BSOD with Bugcheck 0x00000139

I have updated my computer (HP Envy 15 2013) to Windows 10 with the latest updates (1511) and also used driverbooster 3 to update all my drivers, yet every 2 3 hours my computer blue screens with error - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd000d47c6520, 0xffffd000d47c6478, 0x0000000000000000).

Hi All

I'm having BSOD errors with my PC on a daily basis.

It's only when I boot the machine for the first time, and always within the first few seconds, normally I wouldn't even get into the desktop before it crashes.

The machine then does the memory dump process, and then proceeds to boot normally.

I've reinstalled Windows, and I'm still having the same issue.

The machine has never blue screened while I've been using it, it's only on the first boot.

The only error I can see is - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd00024e37500, 0xffffd00024e37458, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9e9dd043-0a15-41fa-bc08-d29f18615c3a.

I have the dump files if they're necessary.
