    Blue screen/crashing at least once per day. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050...


    Started experiencing blue screens/crash almost everyday around the start of October. The first few times I would still see the actual blue screen message, now the screen just freezes for about ten seconds and then PC auto restarts without even showing the blue screen.Reliability Monitor details:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 0xfffff603e1b9d098, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80175a00684, 0x0000000000000002. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.&

    I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that you are receiving Bugcheck crash on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



    However, please let us know:



    • Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
    • When exactly does the computer crash?
    • Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
      Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?


    If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



    I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
    C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

    One possible reason why you're getting the error "The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffe28a00001de0, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffff8056a73ef23, 0x0000000000000002)" is driver issues.

    For us to effectively assist you, were there any changes made to your computer prior to this issue(eg. installed software or Windows updates)?
