Windows 10: Blue Screen - Critical Process Died errors about four times a day

The blue screen crashes started in late November or early December after upgrading to 24H2. I read that there were conflicts and problems with the update and Dell Latitude computers, so I rolled back the update. Every Dell driver is up to

Blue Screen- Critical Process Died

My sister's laptop suddenly got the blue screen error with the code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. She mostly uses the laptop for school and some important tests is on the way.

We've been struggling all day with this problem. We've tried troubleshooting it using

• "Startup Repair",
  
• "Command Prompt",
  
• " System Restore",
  

But still nothing.

I've installed a Windows Bootable Media on a seperate USB, but I don't know if it'll delete all her personal info.

Please let me know if there is any way to save her laptop and if I should use the Wndows Bootable Media.
