    Blue Screen Death DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL


    My surface book 2 suffer from Blue Screen Death after updated to Windows Insider Build 20236 and the problem remains after updated it again to the latest Dev Channel insider build 20241. Last night I contacted with Microsoft support person and updated the Surface Book 2 driver accordingly, but the problem remains, and it affects the PC productivity severely. What to do?

    blue screen of death on win10 dell xps13 9350 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    My laptop is 1.5 years old (dell XPS 13 9350), a couple of weeks ago I got a blue screen of death, and ever since then the frequency increases (now ~3 a day).

    The stop code is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    what failed: bcmpciedhd63hd.sys

    I installed the latest drivers etc, nothing has changed...
    where do I even start? (google was not helpful regarding bcmpciedhd63hd.sys but I assume it is related to the hard drive?)

    EDIT: using sfc didn't find any violations
