Windows 10: Blue screen dpc watchdog violations - 133 random drivers in minidumps

Hello, I installed windows 11 a month ago from 0 formatted my drive. It turns out that it started giving me a blue screen since then. After a month of reading minidumps and updating, I got tired and reformatted and installed windows 10 again previously I used this OS without any problems. It turns out that it keeps giving me the blue screen with the same error dpc watchdog violations. I had it create the minidumps and also read them with the Windbg tool, but a different driver always marks me. The only thing I changed besides windows last time was a new monitor 144hz and windows is on

Diagnose DPC watchdog violation from minidump

My PC is crashing daily since sysadmin upgraded it to Windows 10. I don't always get a blue screen but when I do all I see is "DPC watchdog violation", which appears to be too generic to mean anything.

For company policy reasons I cannot apply the straightforward solutions (downgrade to Windows 7 or get a new computer from this decade). I may however have a chance to get a small component replaced (such as a RAM module).

I sometimes get a *.dmp file at C:\Windows\Minidump. Is it possible to process that file and figure out what faulty driver or component may be after the crashes?

I've installed Debugging Tools for Windows but I totally lack the skills required to use them.
