Windows 10: Blue screen - driver issue

Everytime i try to use my camera the light turns on and my laptop crashes immediately. I get the blue screen saying:

STOP CODE: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED What failed: SPUVCbv.sys

I deleted the camera driver a long time ago but couldn't even enter the videoconference even with the camera and microphone off so I thought hey, maybe the driver. My laptop had Windows 7 when I bought it. I've since reinstalled Windows 10 but there is no driver for my laptop for Windows 10. I downloaded win7 driver from the manufacturer (HP), updated it, crashed, tried the win8.1, crashed. But there is no win10 camera driver for my laptop. I have HP 4530s 32-bit. What do I do? I found a universal Windows 10 camera driver for HP on their site but it's a 64-bit version.

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
