Windows 10: Blue screen: driver power state failure after reseting network connection.

Hello, I’ve run into the blue screen with the message: driver power state failure. This happened after I tried to restart my pc after reseting my network connection I didn’t and still don’t have access to the internet. After the blue screen pops up, I can use my pc normally, without access to internet I only have ethernet connection, however if I try to reset the network connection, then the blue screen appears. I don’t know what else to do. Please help, thanks!

Hi,

I am having problems with my network connection crashing after using the internet for a while. The connection stops working and then I can't get access to the network centre. The only solution is to turn the device off, and to begin with when this problem
first appeared, a blue screen of death would show saying driver power state failure. Now that screen does not appear but after turning the device off, it won't turn back on for a while.

I have tried uninstalling windows updates and updating drivers, but windows says that all drivers are up to date. Also, I have looked at the dump files from when the blue screens appeared and they say that it was to do with ntoskrnl.exe.

I am using an ASUS T100HA, windows 10. The problem started a few weeks ago when I received the device back from Asus, where it was being repaired for a problem with the power button. I think they may have updated windows.

Any ideas?
