Windows 10: Blue screen error and BitLocker malfunction

Hi,I have windows 10 and a got a problem with the Bitlocker .A bitlocker recovery key message appears and still not booting after i insert the key , The laptop, Asus, doesn ' t boot , stays in blue screen mod, trying to repair itself.I 've got this message from the asus :SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDCan you advice please ?Thanks,Adrian

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
