Windows 10: Blue screen error and stuck in BIOS Utility EZ Mode

Hello everyone,

I need your help to solve my problem

I have updated my laptop on november 14th, and then on November 20th, it starts occur the blue screen error and then my laptop restart, after restart itself, the BIOS Utility EZ mode occur, but at the first time, and I can simply click the save & exit button and all is well.


But, two days after when I'm using my laptop, it's back to occur the blue screen error, and the BIOS Utility EZ mode occur, but this time, if I click the save & exit button, it will restart and then come back to the BIOS Utility again and stuck, therefore I turn off the laptop using power button and left it for a day, then I can use it like usual, but only a few hours, then it goes to blue screen error again and that BIOS Utility again.


Anyone knows how to solve it?

One of those should fix it, most likely restoring the proper device to first Boot Priority - either the WIndows hard drive on a legacy install, or Windows Boot Manager on as UEFI install, or a BIOS/UEFI setting for UEFI, CSM or Legacy needs adjusting.

It's also possible it's stuck in BIOS mode because the hard drive is dead or dying, so look for it in BIOS setup under Storage devices to see that it's still functioning. If not you'll need to reseat it, adjust or change the cable, etc. to get it recognized,
or replace the hard drive and reinstall WIndows.

Stuck in UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode

When I start my pc, it will automatically enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode. After press F10 (Save & Exit), it will shut down and restart and enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode again.

It's ASUS UEFI BIOS. And I failed to disable the Secure Boot.

PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS A LOT!!!
